True story: around the 2008 crash, I had the great idea to play the stock market on leverage, up to 35x. You know, wait for the dump to reach bottom, long into it, get out. Boom, 5-figure made. Of course that ended as expected, I got wiped out eventually.

So I went into the wagey cagey again and started putting money into crypto from around 2016 and now I am at $2m. I stopped using leverage and sell into local tops parts of my stack so I never can lose it all again.

You overtraded and were impatient and that's what killed your money. Stop looking for a way to get rich, build wealth more slowly but be open to new developments.

If so, you are richer than many here. Now begin anew. Work out a debt payment plan. Get a local job with training to move up. Once your debt is paid down, you can start to make solid long term investments as your pay grades increase. Maybe get a masters degree.

OP, I told you before, it IS possible to recover from this. The steps are:
- secure the most pressing needs. Apply for social security benefits if you can't pay for food or bills
- talk to your bank so you can get interest payment breaks or talk to some organization helping the indebted.
- take a job, any job as long as it pays the bills. IDK what your education is but if possible/necessary, relocate to Germany and work from there, pay is better.
- once your cash flow is positive, invest but stop gambling.

Please DO NOT KILL yourself. You have caused grief to your family, do not break their heats on top of all of this.
