>My time has come
>Register account on Coinbase
>The whole verification process takes so long I decide to go to sleep
>Wake up, check BTC ane ETH prices on phone
>It's all way higher than yesterday evening

Is it over? Please tell me it will go down again like yesterday? Also, they ask me for my debit or credit card info, it feels like a scam or am I wrong? Can't I just skip this and wire transfer money to my account? I don't feel comfortable about some pajeet administering my card info.

It's kind of hard to figure out how it works if you take advice from this board. A zillion different opinions on coins and exchanges. Plebbit is the same but with more trannies. If I check elsewhere, there's either official news or financial advice sites that describe crypto as a complete scam, or shitty 'cryptonews' sites with articles written by guys that have zero background in tech or finance and have some shitty marketing degree from a meme university (seriously, look them up on Linkedin).

I get a kick out of seeing the fad shitcoin of the week shills or people acting like the sky is falling when there's a bad day. Or on the flip side I get genuinely happy when people post their massive gains.

Dogshit, huge fees etc, but lets you sign up very quick. Only reason I'm on it, Coinbase and Binance have been weeks doing authentication. I'm only playing with £500, if there's a crash I'll inject 5k and go from ground zero - will hopefully be accepted on Coinbase/Binance by then.

If euro, coinbase seems to not have IOTA and some other coins. Binance looks best desu.

I love it too, it means retards are making shit cheaper for me to buy.

I made money last night, I lost sleep over it, but came out on top. I am only $75 lower than I was 2 days ago before the panic sells of the buy high sell low crowd here.

I was also able to sell some low performing shit that lost less but I was tired of holding, and used it to buy more BTC and AAVE. I sold my AAVE at lower than its peak, but tethered it to a stablecoin and waited for the dip to end, bought in using the AAVE money I had pulled out, and doubled it. lol.

I use coinbase as a means to trade on binance.us because of all of their insane requirements (identity theft level verification..)

convert to algo, send it over, convert to USD or a coin that works with another coin, and trade that way. I eat it in some fees, but I get what I want and I've been trading when other people I know are still crying about not being verified.

Set up your shit now, OP.
Get Binance for alt coins, don't bother with verification for fiat, they want some insane requirements and no one answers the phone, but you can buy and collect alt coins and trade them quickly with low fees on binance.
transfer between coinbase and binance with ALGO to avoid fees and slow transactions (BTC is slow, and ETH is slow AND EXPENSIVE. It was $19USD to send anything last night)
trade ALGO to whatever you want there. (another benefit to ALGO on CB is they pay you to hold it too, because they're banking on it themselves)
Wait for the next retard panic dip and buy in. Always buy low, sell high.
Hold on dips and accumulate currency, get bitches.
If you're ballsy, sell as the market shits its pants at a slightly lower position, buy after the crash or dip. Laugh as you have more.
I look forward to the next crypto correction, A buddy of mine owns a house now because of the 2017 crash. they sold their BTC off before shit hit the fan, dumped a bunch into LTC when it was cheap as shit. Then cashed it out when LTC blew up again, they bought their first house in the middle of the pandemic, during a peak market (laughable in of itself, but hey, they *could* do it)
I'm also a wagie fuck, but I'm the one paying the wages too. Hustle, enjoy small gains, use those to buy more gains and leverage crypto and the traditional stock market. Even if you hit it big, continue investing it into bigger and more valuable things, buy precious metals to hedge everything.
Making a wage isnt a sin like most people here say, but you could use crypto to build something that makes you the one who provides the wages.

Build an empire off some funny money. Just don't put your life savings into it.

Nah man, I did a lot of effort this last year to get my savings back to €20K. For now I'm only spending leftover cash on crypto, max a couple of hundreds euros per month.

I'm also living in a country with a strong anti-investment sentiment. Anything that has to do with stocks, bonds let alone crypto is deemed risky. Most people just accumulate cash on a savings account. I also used be like this, especially after a jew banker convinced me to put some money in a product linked to bank stocks back when I was 18yo. Only lost a couple of hundreds then but it convinced me back then that investing=bad. It's only in recent years my opinion shifted lol.

Went to take easy route with coinbase at end of Jan to buy into bitcoin but it took two weeks to verify, and bitcoin blew the fuck up while waiting, so didnt buy it but threw a few hundred into these random shitcoins and lost about a quarter of it so far... worth losing to learn the basic hard and fast way things work. hey nocoiner, there will be a crash, just be patient. invest when everyone else is bored of cryptos, which will be when societies re-open. crash will either be in May or August/September this year. hold out, do not invest now, just wait it out and yeah, invest when no one's talking about it. then wait 5 years and boom, $$$
