I'll offer real help.
Problem comes with the idea of "all clear" this week will be odd. Right now many alt coins are no where near showing a true stable to gauge pricing with. Just about any coin that isnt a scam is a good deal but may take a week to start showing a true climb.
Another way is to look at the pricing of the coin you are interested from Feb 6th to Feb 12th. I should give you a good indicator if it will rise quickly in the next 2 weeks.
