Totally priced out of any real estate, can't rent because of 10-15 years waiting time (I'm 4 years in currently).

And in my socialist yuroretard country, you get free charging, free parking, no taxes AND a hefty rebate from the state when buying "green" cars such as a Tesla.

Do you think it's feasible to live in picrel? It's a little ironic, I admit, that I can't afford a roof over my head, but can afford the most high-tech vehicle ever created - granted - but in 6-12months I wont be able to squat any more so I need solutions.

Had laptop on lower and big screen on upper and still lots of room for food, papers, etc. Wood rested on top of door sill with little clip to keep from sliding off and then on top of dash. Lower rested on door handle to somewhere on consul.

There is no free market. So nobody builds rental housing fast enough to satisfy the market. This has led to housing prices sky rocketing. +11% per year last I checked. The battery cells that do the propulsion or move the vehicle which is what those charging stations are. There is an AGM battery that handles the brains. This would be a concern if the cybertruck isnt being driven on a regular basis. Due to covid, my AGM battery had a shorter life expectancy because we didnt drive it as much. Maybe you already know this but, EU citizens can apply for a permanent residence permit in Italy, as they only need their valid IDs or passports when entering the country. In their case, a simple declaration of presence with the police station of the city they live in is sufficient. This declaration must be filed within 8 days from entering Italy. The real estate situation in Sweden is truly fucked, I've got some friends who have been over there for studies and they've said that you have some system of collecting credits to get the privilege of renting real estate or some shit. Literally like communism with needing stamps to get the permission to buy something (and then still needing the money as well ofc).

I've heard that since it's so hard to get a new rental, many people never let go of their old one, simply renting it on to friends or acquintances, who then go on to rent it to their friend and so on. At times, this chain can be 10+ people long and that property is effectively off the market for everyone else. Hope stuff gets better for you soon, with your skills you can escape that hellhole if you want.
