How do I stop obsessively working? Lately during work from home, there's nothing to limit how many hours I can work and I've been pulling 100 hour weeks. I don't even know why and I'm not joking either. Send help.

I think as long as you are learning new skills then it's fine. Think of where you want to be in your career and ask if this helps you get there

Interesting projects where you can learn are finite so make the most of it.

Dont just work too much to please your employer tho. Good Data Scientists are in insane demand

Protip, read pyramid principle and learn how to communicate like a managment consultant, they are all fucking insufferable, but proving you are not autistic will set you aside and grow your career
