quick everyone sell so you can just buy it back again later at the same or possibly higher price after the bots buy up all the dip before you do. Market corrected

imagine thinking being that far above EVERY SINGLE moving average would even classify what we have seen so far as a "dip'
No, no sir I'm afraid this is only the beginning of a much larger and much well needed correction.

40k is the next floor. If it breaks and stays below it, the bull run is over
>tfw bought @ 49k
Meh, I can wait like that time I bought @ 11k, BTC crashed shortly after and lasted months in coming back up.

>Fed committed to keeping short-term rates pegged near zero.
>M2 money stock increased from $15.5 trillion to $19.4 trillion during COVID.
>M2 money stock velocity beginning to increase as we enter a period of economic expansion.
The real effects of inflation will be realized as people begin spending money. This could trigger a Weimar hyperinflation scenario, driving assets to exorbitant prices.

Suppose you were an institutional buyer. Suppose you wanted to get into a crypto position. Would you line up with the unwashed schmucks and buy at the day's current ATH market price? Or would you sense the weak retail hands, give things a kick or two with some well-timed market dumps, watch the fear set in, and then enter a position 50% lower?

Why would any self-respecting institutional buyer choose the first option? You bet your ass they'd be at least considering the second, and even if they didn't cause it themselves they'd be keeping an eye on the long game and would wait for someone else to trigger it before making their entry. Then they wait.

This isn't meant as hopium, if anything it's a reason to be terrified. The sharks are in the water and they were never, ever going to buy your bags at the price you wanted. You're going to give them your bags for panic prices. And then you're going to do it again. And when the market finally perma-moons, you'll have only a fraction of your original stash and won't even remember why you were so scared or why you ever sold.

They will crash Bitcoin to $200? Because that's where I bought. They could dump it 90%, and I would feel nothing.

Starting to think this plus institutions like microstrategy and Blackrock buying any BTC that goes below 20k will drive us up way before the next 4 year cycle top.

>> No.29446551

If it goes to 40k and back to 56k, then it’s going much higher. I agree about the 40k bit, but not so much the 56k rebound. I think this bullrun is done, and good riddance tbqh. All the newfags and normies are making me uncomfortable.

Agreed. If Tesla's $1.5 billion purchase had this large of an impact on price action, imagine what a fraction of Blackrock's 8.676 trillion AUM will do.

>> No.29446901

Been thinking the same thing. Now that institutions know that bitcoin always bounces back their is literally no reason to wait for the bear market. <80% last time but if market conditions are right and Blackrock and such want assets to hedge against inflation that are uncorrected to the market they might just snap up any bitcoin that goes sub 30k before other institutions buy them which would lead to much higher prices as a new higher floor is set in.

They have to be scary to force you to sell, the more you think you can resist the more likely it is you will sell at the bottom. If a candle closes below the middle Bollinger band it will probably dip to 37K in a matter of 1 day.
This is my experience with other similar dumps, Bollinger is an extremely good indicator in Crypto.

That's the merciful option. The more likely outcome is a slow, agonizing, painful bleeding out that will make many strong hands sell in hopes of riding the trend downward. Until... they end up buying... and selling again.... and buying... and selling again...

Pull back's don't even phase me. Probably has something to do with starting in crypto during the first 6 months of the 2018 bear market. I've seen my portfolio swing into the triple digits on multiple occasions. This is nothing.

This is not real despair yet. I might start buying when we see price under 40k.

Sucks for the weak-ass sellers is all I'm gonna say.

To anyone thinking of selling because they're in the red: a good sailor isn't made on calm seas, just weather the storm and buy the dip, improve your profits. Things will improve, just don't obsess short term!
