But according to some autist on reddit (i know, burn me on the cross for citing reddit as DD) says that Lenabasum's use as endocannibanoid therapy opens up a 5-8 billion dollar market. Some biosciences PhD i know said the same about the endocannibanoid market as well when i talked to him about CRBP a week ago.

Once CRBP breaks 4.30ish (200 day resistance) we should see momentum algos from Twitter kick and pump it further. But one step at a time, we need to wait for CRBP to cross into the $4 range before we think about the big move.

The thing about biomeme plays like CRBP is (assuming positive news on the catalyst) they either pump up gracefully over the course of a week leading into the catalyst OR they fucking violently start getting pumped at 7:30 AM EST the morning of the trial result announcements on the website.

Honestly I can totally see CRBP being the later category. 7:30 AM EST results are posted on the website and then suddenly we see the algos pumping the price up to 4+ by the time market is opened.

That's almost worse in a way, then you're subject to the same risk of overpricing but you can't tell without looking over ALL the companies in the ETF. I don't really like sector ETFs, you pay a high expense ratio but don't get the diversification of SPY or the quality filtering of individual stock picking. My advice, take a quick look at SCCO, FCX, and BHP (the last is a diversified miner), just to get an idea of the valuations these things are currently trading at. I'm currently in TECK and TGB which I picked up as "overlooked" copper stocks, but even they have pumped a lot (and TGB is really risky, to be clear, TECK mines a bunch of coal so they're just sluggish). I'm not saying the bullrun won't keep going, I'm saying consider diversifying at least across a couple of types of resource extractors to balance out the bumps in each market, and don't go all in.

>How when THC is what makes you feel good when you get high?
People who get too anxious/paranoid when they get high would disagree.
> If anything too much THC unbalances your hormones and once you lack a souce of it, your attitude changes on the fly.
Could you rephrase this to elaborate what you mean? I think I know what you mean though. THC is very mood-amplifying. Meaning that if you are already happy, THC will make you happier. But if you are already sad, THC will make you sadder.

In the context of treating Lupus patients who have painful skin symptoms, it makes sense why wouldn't want them to get very high and instead just numb their superficial pain. For this reason as well I think CRBP will provide great results at their upcoming trial.

This guy was lucky he bet against the housing market in 2008, but this isn't 2008 anymore. The bankers and the government have built dozens of emergency switches since 2008 to prevent the economy from burning out again. He's just a retard who got too cocky.

Lenabasum reached around the same CDASI reduction in phase 2 as methotrexate (MXT aka the gold standard of Lupus treatment). And as opposed to methotrexate, it is not a broad spectrum T-cell inhibitor (and fucking chemotherapy agent), but a more specific innate immune reaction inhibitor.

I've met (and smoked) with people who think like this and I think the idea of getting high itself causes people to think something entirely different will happen if they get high. Some people think it's the same as tripping which is a big kek.
>Could you rephrase this to elaborate what you mean?
Well, in my case, I used to smoke alot of Sativa-dom strains and it would get me high af. Well, when I would run out and completely stop smoking for a day, I feel my body twitching for more. I feel my mind craving that puff. And then when I smoke hybrids, that CBD that was missing from the old strains kicks in and calms my entire system down. So this is why I say too much THC can cause some "habit" feeling mood swings to happen.

The market doesn't crash during inflation, because inflation means the economy is growing—albeit super fast.

The market DOES crash on FEARS of inflation, because the remedy for inflation is the Fed stepping in and hitting the breaks on the economy, buy raising interest rates and tightening the money supply. This slows the economy and screws with fundamentals.
Everyone pulls their shit out of the market beforehand to avoid that, causing a crash.

At that point, you take advantage of high interest rates and open various CDs.

oh, that sounds nice. had to google some of it but its pretty convincing, i feel like something similar was in the pdfs but i havent had the time lately to go digging in depth.
>biofag
amusingly i am a biofag major, but not advanced/specific phd enough to know that shit off the top of my head, so take me with a grain of salt. although i can read the studies and shit mostly kek
anyway, i just googled it and skimmed the ncbi study, but yes, CDASI reduction is a good thing.
so CDASI seems to be a metric by which inflammatory skin damage can be measured. CRBP's site says that lupus symptoms are treated by steroids + other shit frequently, which are used for other skin conditions + inflammation issues as well (eczema, atopic dermatitis, etc), but have a lot of side effects obviously.
>skin disease in dermatomyositis (DM) is best assessed using the Cutaneous Dermatomyositis Disease Area and Severity Index (CDASI).
>The development and validation of outcome measures for dermatologic disorders including cutaneous lupus erythematosus, psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, vitiligo and rosacea, have made it possible to interpret and compare clinical trials.4, 5 The Cutaneous Dermatomyositis Disease Area and Severity Index (CDASI), a skin-based outcome measure, was developed to systematically assess the extent of cutaneous disease in patients with DM.
tldr:
if it reduces CDASI it reduces severity. which is naturally good. if its as effective as the gold standard treatment then that is probably very good but i havent tried looking up the numbers to go through it in detail or anything
now i wonder if i should buy CBD/weed products, leaf winters prompt eczema kek

yeah i hadnt looked into its results compared to existing lupus treatments or whatever yet.
but also, specificity sounds better than broad-spectrum inhibitors.
idk about MXT specifically, but a broad-spectrum T-cell inhibitor sounds like itd have pretty harsh immunosuppressive effects, which naturally can result in a lot of unwanted/serious side effects because immunosuppressive effects = suppressing your immune system, which is pretty big. also often results in black-box labels for ointments/drugs.
an innate immune reaction inhibitor id hve to look up to be entirely clear on (although the name is reasonably telling i suppose), but if its more specific and targets a specific immune reaction, thats still probably immunosuppressive but it should be much less than inhibiting T-cells on a broad spectrum, and have fewer/more tolerable side effects

>thats still probably immunosuppressive but it should be much less than inhibiting T-cells on a broad spectrum, and have fewer/more tolerable side effects
This is what I imagine a big selling point for Lenabasum will be since apparently Lupus patients claim side effects from existing drugs on the market for their disorder make their lives a lot worse than it already is.
