Who is making a million here? The market cap of tulip isn't even a million. The majority of those pajeet rug pulls don't actually make that much money, it is a lot of money for a swarthy third worlder but not for you or me.
You need someone that can code or you will need to learn to code yourself to make the actual coin, then you will need to market it and manage to acquire enough liquidity so that someone can buy more than a 100 rupees worth. Altogether making a lot of money of off a shitcoin is pretty hard, if a dev owns 1% of the supply of a 1MM market cap coin then that stack would only be worth $10k. Getting a coin from a 0 to a 1MM market cap is hard if the coin itself doesn't really do anything special.

Metamask is bugging out for me right now, so might be server related. But you might also need to add the custom token to metamask aswell, Ive had to do that with most newer BSC coins. But go to Binance Smart Chain section of your metamask and scroll to bottom to see add token, then add the contract ID for tulip which is 0xa2df0D085da2664F5270A3f7979d7026cd21ED12 or you can find it here https://bscscan.com/token/0xa2df0D085da2664F5270A3f7979d7026cd21ED12 .

After you add it there, it should auto-populate the other parts of the add token form and then you just click next.
