80% is held by one adress because it's the distribution wallet, that's normal and happens for every coin.
3 real people with real world ties are backing and avsising this, this is not a scam. Moonwhale wouldn't risk their name. And neither would the other two guys they have firms and jobs to lose.

To any lurking newfrens, here's a surefire way to tell if something's a scam. See that OP image? It's an edited pepe with an added logo watermark. The original image is a much higher resolution, as you can see attached. The OP image is blurry as fuck, because they're lazy and use shitty compression techniques when saving the edit. They put as much thought into their "memes" as they do your financial well-being.
