Pending reverse merger. They entered into an LOI with Deep Green. DG has 300+ customers. Unknown exact financials as of yet.

Bad part is, they have to issue 80 billion shares for a control stake per IRS law. They're also "planing" to reverse split the stock. some people think that after the reverse merger goes through that they'll cancel the shares and cancel the RS. No one can be sure.

The CEO signed a warrant to cancel his stake in the company, 3 billion shares, for a warrant to purchase 5 million at $.30 per share, after RS. So, my thinking is that he knows that DG is at least worth .30. Current share price adjusted for reverse split is .10. I own 24 million shares @.0002 right now. Worth the gamble for me. &I'm bidding for .0001.
