What are some exchanges that aren't going to steal your fucking money like Kraken just stole mine? Serious answers only, please.

I've had my money tied up with binance but its always due to technical issues alot of time out of anyones control and in each case I can tell you the money eventually arrived and I lost nothing. So from experience I have to say binance. Funds are indeed safu.
