In case they deliver everything and exceed everyone's expectation, half of Uniswap's market cap would be reasonable and that means 40$ RBC. I don't know too much about all these dexes, but so far, the only thing that may differentiate rubic is the anonymizer.
Some of the dex I mentioned currently offer margin trading, limit orders, cross chain swaps, layer 2....

I've had a look at some of the ones the people say already have limit orders: they use their own liquidity pools, not uniswap's. So they're useless in that way. Also they're p2p order books, really. Margin trading? Fine, that's their own niche, they can have it. Cross chain swaps? Rubic already has that. And for L2, Matic has confirmed twice they are in partnership with RBC. That's not just a 'working with' or 'using the matic network'. That's a statement of interest for something more integral. But also, RBC wants to make its own L2 solution eventually (see pic).

Very soon there will be no reason to use Uniswap or 1inch because RBC will give the best price of either, and let you do limits through uniswap liquidity--which is big.

it's bringing everything together in one place. uniswap is large and is missing critical features (orderbooks, l2 solution, etc...), rubic lets you use uniswap vs. other dexs, while adding in L2, anonymizer, as well as being CCP approved. this brings in chink money as well. Additionally, the fees are way lower. I bought another 1k of rubic this morning, 10% gas fee (45 dollars). Why am I spending 50 bucks on gas when it could be 20 cents when rubic is fully operational?

Quick answer is: it currently isn't. What you are investing in is the team, and whether you feel they can keep to their project. Also, you're investing in what others in the scene think of them.
