You need to give a link or some context. Not everyone on this board follows everyone (or anyone) on Twitter. But he is warning of hyperinflation. The US is taking on trillions and trillions of dollars in debt and they’re still trying to tell us that we’re near 0% inflation. Bank of America warned that all this will lead to a repeat of Weimar Germany. He’s saying that it took Germany 9 years to get to that point, it didn’t happen overnight and things may have seemed fairly normal to them until hyperinflation really kicked in. We are on a direct course to that, and it will happen sooner rather than later.

Sure most places need some work and infrastructure is still under development but once people get their collective shit toghether (and they will) and the west finally shits itself this will be the place to be.
My folio is superheavy in real estate (more than 50%, and i also hold crypto, boomerstocks and pm) just because of the comfyness and potential upside in the coming decades.
