I had 25k last week from asko, didnt cash it out, most money ive ever had. Cashed out 8. Lost it all on pump and dumps.
I now have 40 bucks. Its a strange feeling, but hopefully it has killed the gambling addict in me.
Hopefully this bullrun isnt about to end, but it seems like I cannot make a decent trade to save myself at the moment.

But what you said is objectively true.
For me, I got into crypto a month ago, and got insanely lucky. Which made me cocky, bullish on everything, even scams. I learned a hard lesson and am currently in crypto purgatory.
The smartest investment ive made so far is to give my wife an eth, and give her the advice I was too impulsive to follow. She is making steady, slow gains, while I am trying to get myself out of a hole.
Greed, it actually is a deadly sin.

This is exactly what I am facing too. And having lost all that money before has put an extreme psychological pressure on me, as im sure you feel also.
Think of it like this, git gud.
Make some gains, and learn as much as you can, get books, get youtube, get skillshare if you have to. Learn as much as possible, and when the bear market finally comes, maybe, just maybe you will be knowledgeable enough to anticipate it, and start making leveraged short calls on bitmex or something.
Even if that is retarded, just pretending that this is your plan is enough to relieve that pressure. It amounts to an option, instead of zero options.
