Burger applying to a job with a federal contractor. I have what is technically considered a disability under the ADA (a gastrointestinal disorder) but it doesn't really affect my ability to work or really my life much at all, I'm just underweight because it is tough for me to eat a lot with my condition. Should I identify as having a disability on the job application because they're mandated to have a 7% disabled workforce and it would up my chances of getting hired, or should I refuse to disclose because they might think I'm incapable of working and not hire me?
