Coinbase has a daily limitation, depending on your activity. I'm allowed to cash out $50k per day.

If you've got problems, it's probably something to do with your country or your bank.

Never had an issue with Coinbase and having it deposit to my bank. Only way I can see you having this problem is if there is a time limitation or you are importing coin in and cashing it right away. As for banks, yeah they typically wait 3-5 business days if funds are over a specific amount making sure the deposit is cleared to prevent fraud.
