Its just not possible the prices are too low and even the best location won't have the kind of volume you need. Your best bet would be opening a bar but you'd have to spend a lot on prime real estate and you don't have enough money because you need like 3-5 years run way as a safety net to build a customer base and turn a profit. I've been in Restaurant Management virtually my whole life from fast causal dining to more upscale. A success dine in establishment is like a fucking money printing press though but as an owner or manager you will have to work like 12-16hr days for a while before you can pass that cost to someone else. 400K isn't enough unless you use it as a down payment for a business loan but then again you need a legitimate business plan.

Ironically I'll be opening my own fast causal dining spot with crypto profits. I have 650K now and won't even bother until I have 4MM. I'll use 500K of it to get a 2.5MM business loan.
