Not possible. He will not be able to take delivery for that amount of physical silver. Wholesale market are already having tough times as retail have been very high in demand. Elon will be seething that he cant get production going because the lack of silver for his components in spacex and tesla. His workers will be in standstill. The manipulation of silver will disrupt industries and markets. Who to blame? COMEX. Its not profitsble for miners to get silver until proper valuation.
