Yes it is. Things like buying rubic at 0.01 are rather rare. You need to devote a lot of time sifting through shitcoins pre-ICO. Personally I think it'd be relatively simple to do: find a coin with a doxxed team and a real working product, buy, shill to biz, but I don't have the time to do so.
