Eth and btc dominance is pretty high. I'd say it's worth exploring alts now.

Loopring is decent, seems to be the only ethereum community approved method of scaling right now. Optimistic roll up is a meme. You can only have about 69 mil worth of assets in a optimistic roll up and have it be secure. It takes a week to get assets off. Zk roll-up is about a minute.
