I'm not telling you that the government will ban it outright. I have no idea what they'll do in the end, but it is possible. But the point is I can fud just as easily, if you're going to sit here and act as if putting money in an altcoin is the same as flushing money down the toilet because you have low intelligence don't get all upset when someone dares suggest the government can do something.

Do you even understand what fiat does? It let's the government wage war freely, build weapons freely, do just about whatever the fuck they want. You think they're going to give that up so maxis can play king libertarian? Hah! Delusional. Corporation X can throw 1 billion at whatever they want it doesn't mean shit in the grand scheme of it. I am not even saying it will replace fiat, just that a lot of money from corporations and billionares is gonna move to BTC(many, many, trillions not billions btw), will this replace fiat? No. Cause these people will treat it like a store of value not a currency.
Fiat will die on its own cause of debasement by central banks and eventually it will be replaced by CBDC, whoever kept their money in fiat during the transition will be absolutely owned with Weimar-tier inflation though.
The government has no reason to ban Bitcoin just as it has no reason to ban gold.
Defi trying to replace finance and Monero have more probabilities at getting banned, although probably that will also not happen.
I am not fudding, there are decent altcoins I like but I am not putting my net worth in them and/or risking money on shitcoins either.

This is actually good advice on biz for once. BTC reaching 100k is a formality at this point. Go ahead and put a lump sum in and dca when it starts to crab or even drop a little. My guess is we will crab between 90-105k for a good 6 months after hitting 100k, and then a few years to dca as we climb to 500k. By then you should have enough to quit working for a few years and invest in smaller coins as blockchain begins integrating more into society
