exactly as stated. locked ETH into a couple of contracts on their order book (at about 5c just before it fucking exploded). the contracts had expiry periods of about 5 days each.

5 days pass, RBC begins mooning, contracts not filled. fair enough. who's going to honour a deal to sell for 5 when it's now 5x that? no penalty for cancellation, it's the nature of the beast and works both ways.

so I realise these have not come to fruition. try to refund, no success. attempt chat and email to get support, nothing, then some beautiful autist here posted the private email of someone on the team. immediate referral to helpful support.

got 1 contract refunded easy, other still in limbo. keeps quoting over 1 ETH gas to refund alot less than that. have tried adjusting manually, but that fucks up the contract.

no doubt ETH is a dodgy gas sucker, but when refunding one contract is $6 gas, and the next (of lesser value) is $1600 gas, something's wrong with the contract not the gwei

this has promise mate. I'm still salty I didn't pick up 10k @ 5c, because I fucking paid for them. I'd be holding tight. still think it needs fine tuning (not alone in crypto there).
