So it's an REITF made up of just section 8 housing? I'm all for crypto but I don't see how this has any advantages over using normal REITFs. Vanguard is more trusted than some coon saying 'bruh I promise dis houses am backed on da blockchains n' shit, one token = X% of our holdings. Can chainlink even show proof of reserve with something as complicated as subsidized housing? I know docusign was working on plug-ins for chainlink but does this not violate some kind of privacy laws?
