The chinese miners couldn't care less about TMSR, they live on their own world, I doubt they even know that exists.

Sure, you can wait for the fork to happen, then they dump millions on the segwit2x fork making it crash, which (in theory) would force them (miners) to come back into the legacy chain.

The thing is: The damage (fork) is already done. The price will crash.

In any case: What stops fiat overlords buying the dip? They may crash the segwit2x market into oblivion, but asuming Bitmain and co are financed by the Public Bank of China, they can buy the segwit2x price up again.

They ended up being memes. For example, the only real "Bitcoin" alternative/copy being traded on Bittrex is Bitcoin Dark. Their logo is a flushing toilet, and the really sad part is that their are going through a rebranding from BTCD to Komodo.

They went from Shitcoin 101 to Shitcoin Advanced in about three years.
