I think that getting to 100m mc isn't too much of an ask, which is still a 3x to 4x from here.

The point of rubic isn't that you'd use BSC over ETH, the point of rubic is for you to be able to switch between them via rubic. Rubic is actually going to be released as a wrapped 1:1 BSC token soon, which will help the process a lot, along with its exchange listing.
