When you have some Meowth, go to "Pools". There you can stake Meowth. "Pay Day" will collect your earnings. "Rough Play" will put those earnings back into the pool, increasing your stake. So, say you have 3 Meowth. You spent time farming, and now you have 3 Meowth staked and 1.23 earned. "Pay Day" will add that 1.23 to your wallet, and "Rough Play will add that to the 3 staked, making it 4.23 Meowth staked.

You can always pull your Meowth out too though (like if the price jumps and you want to sell a couple).

It's a 50/50 ratio. For example, right now you would put in 0.125 BNB for every 100 Wynaut. Then you take those LPs and go to the "Farms" on teamrocket.app and stake them. Read up on "Impermanent Loss" though, this is something that goes for ALL crypto staking, not just Wynaut/Meowth.

I got ya anon. I'm Binance.us too. What I did is I got the Binance Chain Wallet browser extension. It's a lot like Metamask. Set it up, then use that "bnb" address. Once you've sent the BNB to your Binance Chain Wallet you no longer have that restriction and can send it off to your Metamask 0x address.

Once you've staked your LPs on the farm, come back every so often to collect. Then you can either sell the farmed Meowth, trade them for Wynauts or get more LPs for one of the other farms on the page.
