I've heard you can use a VPN to sign up using some shithole country but never tried it since it seems like such a hassle. I figure they would ask for some sort of ID verification down the line anyway so its just asking to get your money locked.

Swap eth to bnb on binance us. Withdraw bnb to binance chain (not smart chain). I used binance wallet. Send bnb from binance chain to smart chain. Worked perfectly for me.
