I had a backup power supply that died after an entire day, I then wrapped it in towels and tried to do periodic warm water changes using water from the tap heated over a camp stove, but then the water cut out. So i put candles near it and floated handwarmers in ziplock bags, but when the handwarmers ran out the candles and towels alone couldn't stave off 30 degrees for an entire 2 days.
