Ok I'll ask here since the other thread got canned. I've been reading on project new dawn (they actually went with PND for short). Reading the white paper they want to introduce and american cbdc. It would on a private permissioned ethereum based network. How does that work. Aren't gas fees way too high? Or is "privated permissioned eth based" another way of saying L2?
