Problem with keys.lol and similar sites is that they assume everyone is correctly generating their wallets in accordance with the specifications. If a weak PRNG is used, or entropy levels are extremely low when the PRNG is used, weak private keys can occur. There were also some who had private keys that were generated from weak passwords, which is a stupid thing to do. Most I ever saw was a couple hundred tokens for some shitty ERC20 that you can only exchange on some Korean sites that require KYC and Korean citizenship, and the tokens were only worth a couple bucks.
