As I understood it, you can store encrypted information in the blockchain and grant and revoke access after it's up there.

Before you could store encrypted information no problem, but how do you revoke access to it again? Like with medical records, military and government data there are cases where data access has to be retroactively revoked. And Nucypher does that.
