Never actually happened, the system stopped itself and nodes were updated to fix a bug which happened in Bitcoin before and a much smaller problem than the DAO hack of Ethereum, but I can understand why someone who would defend BSC doesn't have any fucking understanding of how cryptocurrencies work, why decentralisation is important and why Avalanche is the best platform that will destroy Binance

avax is a whale coin. people stake and gain the transaction fees. you need 2k avax to stake. which hard limits the number of nodes to 360000. But realistically it will be much less currently we have 847 nodes, and only 32 address have enough avax to create a new node.

this is not decentralisation! just a bunch of whales running things... again.

AVAX will reduce to 500 avax to run a validator, when the limit is reached for todays values. Most of those 847 validator nodes have empty seats, 8x the 2k avax for delegation.
