70k to 55k yesterday. transferred all my assets to another wallet because the old one did not have any restore seed. thought I transferred everything and reinstalled metamask.
forgot about 15k tokens that were still in stake on some website. all gone

later i find out you can just use a program called metamask vault and your password to extract the 12 word restore phrase. so everything i did was for nothing
