Assuming you want to pool in Stanos:
The first thing you have to do is to wrap your statera: https://youtu.be/4_ZEvYxlw2w
Once you have wsta in your wallet you simply go to the Stanos pool https://pools.balancer.exchange/#/pool/0x55353cbadda8fd525f0e6f307b3527d518416700 and click "add liquidity" and then choose "single asset", choose how much wsta you want to pool, and then press "add liquidity" at the bottom.

The APY for the STA-ETH pool (delta) right now is 47% so it's also pretty good although it can get much higher with more volume.
To pool you just go on https://info.uniswap.org/pair/0x59f96b8571e3b11f859a09eaf5a790a138fc64d0 and press "add liquidity" on the top right corner and enter equal amounts in usd of sta and eth

The fees will be similar regardless of where you pool since the issue is with the ethereum network and not uniswap itself.
In balancer pools, like Stanos, you can pool either multi- or single asset. If you choose to pool a single asset you can do it in any of the tokes that the pool consists of. So in the case of Stanos you can join the pool even if you only hold LINK for example. Once you join the pool balancer will automatically sell what you entered to buy the remaining tokens according to the established ratios.
You can watch a more visual explanation on how to pool on balancer here https://youtu.be/JafzpZcUpnA?t=154.. This video is specifically for the Phoenix fund, but the principle is the same for any balancer pool.

After just ignoring Statera threads for 6 months, I finally did some research on it yesterday. And HOLY SHIT, when you actually fully understands this coin it's no brainer to get in.
