I tried swapping eRSDL to ETH using Metamask which is connected to my ledger. I approved a million prompts on my ledger itself and I thought I was good. But then I got pic related and I lost $15 of ETH.

Looks like you ran out of gas, I'm not familiar with the interface you're using, but you might possibly need to adjust the settings for gas fees. Be warned, as it is actually possible to lose all of your ETH by setting the gas price too high. I've seen posts on reddit of retards doing that.
