Port is $96k right now but already overtook $100k a few times today. Anyways, it's going to sound ridiculous to the poorfags here but it is truly hell.

5 figures is a lot of money, but not enough to actually live on or frivolously spend. Essentially I can't really do anything with the money until it's at at least high 5 figures.

So you just end up being in this limbo zone where you've kinda maybe made it but can't actually spend any of your money and still risk losing it.

wow this makes me kinda sad because you are correct. 100k is a lot of money but it's an invested 100k. So you can't buy a house, you really can't buy a car unless you wanna kill a 4 or more of your invested money.
I just started and I put 500 in and I'm up 1000 thanks to /biz/ but now I have 6 figure hell to worry about now too. Unreal. 4chan is like an infinite hell. It just never stops.

im in 6 figure hell and i make about 1/5th of 100k on a good day pump. I scaled into Monero and plan to hold for 5 years atleast until I take profits. By then 1 monero will buy me a Tesla, or a kilo of cocain.

I'm similar to OP, been hovering over 90k for some time now. Went as high as 99k, but never quite breached that magical 6 fig line, today at 93k. Not that it actually would matter, because as has been pointed out 100k isn't all that.

If this bullrun continues and everything goes well I might reach something like 500k at best. If I cash that out, the taxman takes a third, so I'd be left with 300k at best. It's not nothing but it wouldn't change my life in any way. I'd still have to work, I'd still have to watch my daily spending. I already don't have any debt and own a flat. I guess I'd then have a house. Not even a fancy one, just a house. And that's the best-case scenario.

Making it seems so close, but it's actually so very very far.

5 figs is nice because you never really worry about losing it to a market crash. You can easily reaccumulate during a bear market. 6 figs is hell because it's enough to just barely be life changing so you will be depressed if it crashes but it's not enough to actually buy a place to live or make passive income
