Anon, can you be honest with me? I've invested $800 in this garbage at ATH. I know I'm a degenerate and I know I fucked up. Now my $800 are worth $100. What do I do? Will it go even lower until it reaches 0? This was one of the dumbest things I've ever done in trading and I am really unsure what to do now because I've never experienced such a big drop in price. There is no indication that this thing will go up and most whales took out their money. I have 0 trust in the team and I'd be happy with getting even 50% of what I paid but it's highly unlikely. The saying "you don't lose until you sell" doesn't really apply in this case either.
So what should I do? Just please don't shill this garbage or tell me that I'm retarded because I already know that.

Just hold. I didn't buy this shitcoin but there's always the chance of a pump. Just set a limit order and relax.

the fuck is this op? why would you buy a parabolic shitcoin? it's not what you want to hear rn, but you should stick to normie coins if you aren0t willing to dyor and still don't understand market fundamentals

I know I'm low IQ, I specifically stated it in my OP-post. I thought it was a good idea at the time, but I'm dumb, so you are welcome.

>>28966578
Hold until it reaches what price? I was holding hoping it would reach 0.2 because I bought at 0.39 but it doesn't look like it's going to happen. The price keeps going lower and lower and the volume keeps decreasing. Nobody's buying this garbage.

I am in a similar position, although I bought so low that I would still be able to take profits if I sold right now. So here is what I do: I hold, but I have lowered my expectations regarding the price. The project is OK in my opinion, but the team are typical social retards/memelords with very little social graces. Hence the mainnet launch fiasco. They said they hired some marketing folks, so I will wait until next month to see how it is going. But I believe it cant go lower.

You have nothing left to lose so might as well hold it. Asko is a total pump and dump shitcoin with a garbage dev team. You got dumped on by fellow anons on biz. Remember if it looks too good to be true, it is. $800 loss in crypto is nothing, i bet some anons are down thousands on this. I stayed away because everything about it looked fishy. Remember bro, biz isn't your friend, everyone here only wants you to pump their bags.

Hold until the remaining sum is meaningful for you. If you don't believe in the project then just sell if $100 is a lot to you. If not, then just try to sell at a price to regain whatever amount would be significant for you. At the end of the day, the decision depends on whether you'd rather have $100 guaranteed or if you'd like to take a risk to get back your sum but with the chance of it going to 0

I did some research. They had dOrg connections and were audited + some wale bought in 350 eth worth of asko + everyone was shilling it here that night, so I bought that pump&dump. Like I know I fucked up, I just don't know what to do now.

I thought it wouldn't go lower than 0.1 after initial dump but it did and if you look at the trading history, everybody is selling, the only big buys are from bots. Where did you read about them hiring a marketing team? Their story about YouTubers shilling for them turned out a lie.

>>28966871
Yeah, now I know it was an organized pump&dump but the project didn't look fishy to me back then but looking back now, I guess, dozens of threads about ASSKO at the same time was fishy lmao.

>>28966917
You are welcome.

>>28966932
$800 was a lot to me, $100 isn't, but I feel like I might have better luck dropping it on random 1M market cap coin and hoping for 10x if there is realistically no chance of this coin going up. If volume is decreasing by %20-40 daily and the vast majority of people are selling, then it feels like my $100 would just turn into $10.

Not true, I use big buys to enter when we are at the support level, they are a entry sign, but you need to get out before it hits resistance or if you see it fucked up.

Don't buy a coin in the middle of a huge pump, especially if it's being heavily shilled here.

I spent about 1k on ASKO but I bought in around 8 cents so I'm not even down that much, just wish I had decided to sell before the launch with all the warning signs about the people running it being incompetent.

Holding is a gamble because the coin may never pump again, or it may take a year and you could have made your losses back putting the money somewhere else. Make your own decision.

From what I understand, if I bought 500 tokens of asko garbage at $0.4 and I buy 500 tokens of it now at 0.1, then my entry price would be 0.25 instead of 0.4. But it only works if I have some trust in it and believe that this shitcoin will increase in prize and I don't.

Also, I would be grateful if anyone could explain what does the very high volume and a lot of bots mean? Even now, the volume is $620k and the vast majority of big buys and sells are made by bots. They often even sell at a loss. I've no idea what to make of that.

OP, let me be straight, you probably lost that money and this should be a 700$ lesson to you -- if you want to continue, then make those 700$ worth by making a template strategy of stuff to check before buying, actually understanding basics of crypto markets, caps, fully diluted market caps and all that, as well as checking books, video by reasonably sounding people to identify patterns for scams, promising projects, etc. Learn the best long term investing strategies by people who actually made it, i.e. Kelly portfolio etc.
Let this be a 700$ lesson on patience, withholding your ego, greed, phantasy and emotions from taking control of you.
If you liquidate the leftovers, do everyone a favour, and donate 20$ to a local church in need.
Godspeed.
