There is no need to spend an hour a day once you have a plan in place although it's not a bad idea to spend a couple days a month monitoring your finances in case you feel like you need to make adjustments.
Some of the wealthiest people in crypto simply establish a position in something with good long term prospects never ever sell it. How much time a day does that take?
Note that buying shitty alts at the top of a bull market often leads to either hacks/rug pools or simply declining by 95% and never recovering. If you put everything into something stupid then be prepared to live with the consequences. So don't buy anything stupid and be organized enough so you'll remember how to access your crypto after years of not touching it.

Bought $3,000 in btc when it was $1,200 per Btc.
Bought a ledger. Air gapped it. Watched it go up to $19,000. Tried to diversify into Alta lost my ass. Watched it go back down to $3000. I started freaking out. Sold when it bounced to $5000. Now I would have been better off if I hadn’t tried anything. I’m an idiot and I know that now. Unless you’re actually devoid of care and emotion (sociopath) just buy and hold. Sell when you want to and are comfortable doing so. Only guy I’ve ever seen make it trading is also a guy I’m pretty sure went to Mexico got a abortion pill and told the girl he accidentally knocked up that he wanted to make up and he slipped it to her on their little honeymoon planning baby vacation. She miscarried and he left her like she had aids and had a side chick the whole time. If you can do shit like that and not be the least bit bothered I think you can say trade.
