I bought some alts for more defi exposure and REN was one of them. From what I understand it allows BTC to be traded on a shadow market, so exchanges and other entities cannot frontrun your orders. It's interesting stuff. I bought REN, LRC, AAVE, and some others, and REN has been the best performer.
