OP dropshipping is only useful as a testing model. You test a product by dropshipping and then once you validate that it is a good product you buy stock and ship it out from a warehouse. Also you need to build a real business and brand, not short term shitty scammy sites.

I think it's become less and less so, but still possible.

If you want any serious results you need to invest heavily in an automated system though, otherwise you're gonna be living in hell trying to manually manage all your product listings
