>take a chance on a biz coin
>price immediately halves and all the threads about it stop for days

is this because the shillers made their 2x or because people only talk about shit here after it pumps?

by the time it gets to biz, you're pretty much too late. it's the minions from the discord pnd groups here on orders to shill. over and out.

>even fucking considering putting money into any fucking shitcoin
There are two cryptocurrencies of financial utility without scamming people: Bitcoin and Ethereum. Anything else is a scam in the sense of "someone is trying to ruse you out of malice". The only way to make money off of a scam is to also scam. There's plenty of people on here who make money by taking advantage of people like you. The only way to make money in crypto is to join them. Are you going to do that? Because if the answer is not, never even think about putting money into crypto.

I've got a coin that's going to be fucking huge when it launches (it's not a scam it's literally a billion dollar foundation launching a major blockchain with an infrastructure) but it doesn't get shilled anywhere on /biz/. The reality is that /biz/ shills can be divided into two groups- the "true believers" like people trying to get you to buy something like Link or RSR or RLC because they genuinely think their project will pan out in the long term and the pajeet shills. Usually you can tell the difference because jeets always have too many pepe memes and not enough real discussion.

why not just accumulate bitcoin instead of gambling on shitcoins? do you really think bitcoin WON'T hit a million dollars per coin someday? you keep asking for your "guaranteed 20x" and it's literally right under your nose. just accumulate, and stop stressing out over daily volatility. buy every dip.

happy to join but how to get in on ground floor or recognize the right scam to join? i can flood threads right now telling everyone the PLT pump is coming with nothing but pure scam dollar signs in my eyes, but i still might get dumped on. i mean, it takes a joint effort, no? obviously there's these fabled P&D telegrams and discords, but any one your average user will get access to is like 10 levels down the pyramid.

This is pretty much how you use /biz/, stick around enough to see which projects consistently reappear over the course of months if not years. Then chose from this pool of cult-followings which ones are shit or not shit. However, pumped pieces of trash will sometimes adopt a following of /biz/ bag holders usually around the time of new fag influxes. For example, in august during the quick link run to $25 STA and PNK gained a following that is still vocal here. Rubic is also a new one thanks to the new fag influx during gme/Elon tweets/doge. I predict these will eventually wither away though.

Anytime you're hearing a crowd of people talk about anything its because its getting pumped. The fact that its getting pumped also mean its going to dump once new volume dries up and long term holders decide to do some swinging or take profits. Whether something is worth holding in the long term is something you have to discover on your own. However, chasing fads and getting your stop loss nicked after a few days pass is always inevitable.
Rule of thumb: anytime you're reading about something that's building critical volume trend breaking hype in a public forum, you're buying the damned top. 4chan isn't a secret club.

If you actually want to make money, short everything you see on /biz/ that gets massive hype trains. Only buy the things that are consistently FUDed into oblivion. If you want to find out whether something is worth investing in, make a thread about it and time how fast it takes people to respond and what the responses are. Short and quick positive answers bad. Short and quick negative answers good. Long and delayed answers that are either positive or negative means you are bringing forth new information and people are wrestling with what you've found. No responses at all either means you've made a worthless shitpost or you've made a brilliant post that people in the know going to purposefully ignore and slide into the archives.
Beyond this, /biz/ isn't worth a damn and your time would be better spent in isolation.

>why not just accumulate bitcoin instead of gambling on shitcoins?
Because gambling on shitcoins and rolling the profits into bitcoin will get you a lot more bitcoin than buying it flat out. Also, bitcoin is over for anyone who doesn't already have a huge amount of cash. How much higher is it going to reasonably go? 2x? 3x? If the price of a single bitcoin reached $500,000, it would still only be a 10x from here. Great for someone who already has tens or hundreds of thousands to throw at it, but for someone who only has $1k, waiting years for a $9k profit is really not the best play.

Shitcoins 10x, 20x, 50x, 100x, every month. If you want to grow a small amount of money into something worthwhile, you're not going to do it by going the bitcoin low risk, low reward route.
