A 4% fee is charged on each Wooper transaction.
2% of the fee is distributed to token holders, while the other 2% gets burned. Total supply of Wooper begins with 90k tokens on listing + 10k tokens in dev funds to pay for events and advertising. Tokens have fairly been launched with no presale.
