Get a Keplr or Cosmostation wallet, stick some ATOMs in it.

We don't know if there's a minimum amount of ATOMs needed to qualify, and we don't even know if the airdrop will consist of ATOMs or some other token.

I see i can stake with Binance, Cosmostation, Coinbase custody and some others. I dont really know what they do though or which to choose.

We do not know, but if you want me to guess then I will say that you do not need to stake them. I don't see how or why Sikka would go to the trouble of figuring out which ATOMs are staked and only awarding those.

The only benefit would be to promote staking, but they haven't answered whether or not you need to stake the ATOMs (because there is no official announcement of an airdrop, full stop), so that benefit is lost anyway.

I like SG-1 because the guy who runs it is very active in the twitter cosmos community. Sikka is doing the airdrop so I guess you can stake with them too. I like Forbole but their commission on the ATOM is a tad steep for my tastes.

Most people will tell you that you should try to ensure that no one validator holds too many ATOMs. Spread the love around so that the network works better.
