>> No.28894544

It's not a real crypto exchange. You don't directly own the crypto, and you cannot deposit or withdraw crypto directly. You're essentially betting on the price of crypto.

Use NDAX or Shakepay for btc/eth, and bincance for other coins.

If you want to use shakepay you can sign up with my link and we both get 30leafbux and the ability to get free sats every day. It had the quickest verification and transfers of the canadian exchanges I tried.

Holding the ETF is inferior in every way
WITH ONE DIFFERENCE:
You can buy the Bitcoin ETF using your TFSA which literally means you don't need to pay taxes on your investment. I'm not sure if Bitcoin is going to 200k in this run but I will for sure dump a bunch of money on it on my TFSA once the bull run starts because I don't like paying taxes.

>15 minute delay

>high withdrawal fees
NDAX is a decent exchange. Based in Canada, 0.2% fees, nice UI. Here's a link for a $10 bonus if you sign up: https://one.ndax.io/bfQfmK

Otherwise, I'd say the best way for canadians to buy crypto with the lowest fees and best access is to get shakepay, use it to buy btc, set up a binance account and send it there. Also metamask is a good idea.

I used to use coinsquare but their fees were too high. They even used to charge you a fee for etransfering in like 5% of total and then fees on the trades too fucking kikes. They removed the etrasnfer fee recently. I started using kraken a few months ago and its way better. You can deposit money to kraken in cash or debit at a canada post. you just take a QR code with you there and pay. google kraken canada post you'll be able to figure it out easy.

Canada does NOT have ETFs at the moment, but you can still invest in closed funds who charge you a premium (QBTC, GBTC, BITC). It's exposure nonetheless and I've made money with it, but these are not ETFs. This first approved ETF will have the ticker BTCC and will be released on February 18.
