ATTENTION OIL BARONS!

I propose we form an organization that controls the flow of digital oil. I call it ODOEB (Organization of Digital Oil Exporting Barons). Our organization has one purpose - to limit the selling of our oil and increase it’s value to at least $5/barrel. This $2 selling is not sustainable to our industry in the long run. Who is with me?
