Send BNB from binance to the same wallet you want to connect to Pancakeswap. Once you have connected your metamask to the binance smart chain it will appear just make sure you send Bep-20 BNB from binance to the wallet. Pancakeswap works the exact same way as uniswap just set slippage to 3.6 and buy an even number.
