Let's think about this logically.
Livestock prices in the current era are not free flowing, they are controlled by the FDA culling animals if they want to keep the price of meat high.
Second, cold whether effects people's ability to transport beverages when the temperature outside is sub-zero
Third, it's a lot harder to commit robberies when it means spending time outside in bone chilling weather.
