I was given a task so pointless, all I could do was procrastinate.

The topic is literally in the region of 'How we can help other teams finish things on schedule'. All I can think of are common sense things that come off as totally trite when writing them. I will be embarrassed when presenting these.

I'll tell you the most stressful day I had at a job.
I had to guide a 60 year old man over the phone how to add a html signature to an email. The call lasted for 3 hours. He wouldn't let me have access to his computer via shared desktop. I've never spoken to a greater idiot in my life.

A long time ago, I used to work in tech support for a certain piece of software that lots of dumb boomers used, and usually when they called support it was because their internet was down. I had to walk dumb boomers through menus by memory every goddamn day. Swear that job aged me like 10 years in just 2.
