To me, obviously low market caps are ones you want to jump on - but which ones actually have a lot of room to grow and become number one? In my research Opensea has the most volume right now - also they’ve paired with Tezos , which should be bullish. Wax is loooong good as well, we’re talking very early days for NFTs but their market Atomic is quite badass. They are giving away Street Tighter NFTs - I got a few , pretty cool. And Enjin with Microsoft - those 3 and possibly Chonk seem to be your “corporate” sponsored NFT uhh makers, chains. To me, there’s where the real $ lies - and to expand it to more than just cards seems likely in the VR near future. How much are virtual items worth? And stake In The blockchains that create them? I would bet quite a bit.

Around august everyone started saying 'nfts are the new defi', but I've never felt like i urgently needed an NFT the way I urgnetly needed decentralized margin trading. I largely agree with you. I'd rather be in defi than the nascent nft industry right now. Here's the thing though. Nft is just beginning and it's pretty fucking stupid in its current form. Don't get me wrong, there will always be a place for collectables but the real value in nfts has yet to be realized. Imagine a future where you can leverage a deed to a property that has been tokenized into an nft. What if you could effectively refinance your home by putting up your nft deed as collateral on aave or something similar. There are use cases for nft tech that have yet to be discovered and that's where the opportunity lies, in platforms that leverage nfts as more of a financial instrument than a beanie baby. So yeah, I'm in defi right now but I'm going to keep my eyes and ears open for new and emerging use cases/projects in this sector of crypto.
