Checked biz: 20 times
Opened binance: 53 times
Panic sold GRT: 5 times (ended up with roughly the same ammount)
Replied to biz threads: 26 (15 under GRT threads)
I have a severe case of paper hands, but i cant figure out if i will sell more if i dont look at it at all and suddenly see a -40% a week later, or if coked up /biz/schizos constantly yell at me to HODL.

i got in on grt at like 50 c and i made money on ap13 and a few other coins, but i lost a bit of money on fucking HOGE like an idiot retard dumbass loser because i didn't want to miss out on the next dog coin.

also earlier i wanted to ape into apollo protocol, because i just want to make 100x off some low market cap coin so i can pull the funds out and invest in grt or some of my other projects i think are going to do well, so i looked it up on coin market cap and found that it was in three different exchanges, so i put btc into one of the exchanges which was literally a chiense exchange, only for an anon to thankfully tell me "apollo protocol isn't out yet" and "thats not apollo protocol thats just another coin called apollo" and so my btc was just shitting on a rando chinese exchange, and it wouldn't let me withdraw that low an amount so i had to put even more on to withdraw, so i wound up losing a bunch of btc in fees for no fucking reason and along teh way i had to contact tech support and then a scammer tried to get me to give me my private info and it almost worked becuase he was pretending to be tech support.

basically tl;dr i'm actually fucking retarded. but some how i've like 4x'd my investment so far and will probably go even higher because in terms of long term coins i seem to be pretty good at speculating that, its just short term coins where i start to get greedy and don't do my dyor becuase i get hella fomo. being poor is literally a mental illness it fucks with your head.

I check my poorfolio on the Blockfolio app every 5 to 15 minutes and it's constantly opened in periods of huge volume
I also check my poorfolio when I wake up briefly in the middle of the night and my capacity to fall back to sleep entirely depends on the % number next to my general gains or losses.

I'm not anxious or stressed. I'm overly excited, as if I did cocaine, but 24/24. Excited to make it and retire at fucking 23.

It depends, if I'm day trading/ crypto swinging I look at it until I hit my daily target or loss tolerance on a predetermined amount. If I'm doing options I set notifications close to, but not at, points I consider cashing out (usually I'm more lineant with losses and strict with gains). I literally only look at my savings on a monthly basis, and unless there's news (not price fluctuations) that make me reconsider them, I don't trade them.

I have a portfolio of bought coins that I almost never look at. But when I am in a swinging mood I use x20 leverage and have it open on the top monitor while working. Then I follow the 4h trend, if bullish I only long on dips if bearish I only short on peaks.
Works reasonably well, around 5k USDT a week I am passive about it though.

Historically, GRT is a pump and dump. Hate to break it to you folks, but it is. These are the facts. People saying it isn't, you're on the wrong side of the data. The entire market is being run by trade bots. Large GRT tokens have been already allocated to holders, way before GRT even hit the exchange platforms, because of testnet operations (before mainnet).

I estimate each token to be valued at 0.30-0.35 maximum until larger companies want to use it, which currently they don't, because it is too expensive too. ETH is expensive, in general, to use anyway.

With that being said, GRT is a utility token which means the price has to remain low for companies to even want to use it. It is just the way it is right now
